Our daily lives are impacted by our physical and mental health, relationships, community and social experiences, education and career, finances, personal development and environment. If we experience challenges or change to any of these components, it’s natural for them to be impacted or influenced in a positive or negative way, creating an imbalance. Through coaching you can explore and identify ways you can make improvements and changes to your health, wellbeing and lifestyle, in a way that works for you. Together we’ll explore your values and beliefs, your passions, purpose and aspirations. Starting to shape what you want your future to look like, both short and long term. Creating personal goals and a plan of action with me, will help you to start making Mindful Moves for a better quality of life. Creating change is challenging, there’s no doubt about it, but with the right support and encouragement you'll notice the results that make all your efforts totally worth it...this is the start of a new chapter in your life.


Cancellation Policy

All services are non refundable. However sessions can be rescheduled within the allocated timeframe. Please see below for further details. Cancellation and rescheduling of coaching sessions can be made up to 24 hours in advance. Cancellation by the client within 24 hours will attract a 50% fee.
